Taho! Bench
The Taho! Bench is an indoor seating, placing the taho vendor's skillful balancing act at center stage.
Just like Taho, a local street food of three ingredients, this bench integrates a trio of contrasting materials: solid wood, stainless steel, and capiz shells. Indicatively, the shells mimic the texture made from scooping the soy.
Capturing the form of the taho vendor carrying two canisters of varying sizes that hang from each end of a yoke, this bench is a display of structure and asymmetrical balance.
